- The total area of the warehouse is 6 069 m2, including zone for excise goods – 1 000 m2.
- Loading areas: covered railway ramp for 4 wagons, covered road transport ramp for 6 trucks.
- All necessary equipment for handling operations.
- 24-hour security and video surveillance.
- Heavy transport platform.
- Permission to work with foodstuffs.
- Licence for ADR goods.
